2. Is there a restaurant on site?
Yes, our Safari Deck Restaurant and Pharaoh’s Bar is situated on property. Safari Deck opens at 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM each morning for your complimentary breakfast. Lunch and dinner can be ordered separately throughout your stay. Of course you may have meals at any time, just let us know and all in house guests receive free room and hut service as well as food and drink services at our pools and beach.
Can you help with arranging excursions?
We are ready to assist in arranging tours and excursions packages to make this a memorable experience for you. The vast experiences include exploring Reach Falls, rafting on the Rio Grande, hiking to Nonsuch Falls, immersing in Nanny Falls and enjoying Portland's coast on boat.
Where is the closest ATM?
The closest ATM is in Port Antonio, which is 19 KM in distance and approximately a 30-minute drive. Please arrange to stop in town on way to Great Huts (just ask our driver) if you would like to have cash on hand.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have Wi-Fi on property. We recommend use in the lobby and restaurant for best reception.
Do you take debit/credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards except AMEX.
Do you provide parking?
Yes, there is ample parking in front of our Bamboo Gates. Private parking inside our gates for those who are staying in our villa.
Is there any issues with lizards and mosquitos to be aware of?
Believe or not, you are just as likely to see lizards at a luxurious hotel in other parts of Jamaica being in a tropical environment. In our 25 year existence, seeing lizards in rooms and huts are rare and with the wonderful tradewinds on the cliffside. mosquitos are generally a non issue. For the times of heavier rain, we are always ready to help our guests feel as comfortable as possible. All natural Blue Mountain insect repellant and candles are always on hand as well as incense, nets and coils.
